The evolved DAVIE TACO BAR restaurants serve fresh authentic Mexican food with the highest quality ingredients, for a reasonable price. Our diverse menu is comprised of home-style recipes reflecting our hometown. DAVIE TACO BAR offers the community delicious, authentic Mexican food in a family-friendly environment.It all started when the family was unable to find the authentic Mexican food from their hometown, Mexico. Their passion for Mexican food and the difficulty to find a local restaurant, motivated them to learn how to cook it themselves. After serving food to their friends and family, we decided to expand into our first restaurant. The small 500 square foot take out taqueria in Davie focused on the catering business and only offered three dine in tables. After a steady increase in demand, the restaurant quickly grew and today has two locations serving hundreds of dine-in and take out customers daily.
DAVIE TACO BAR is best known for its signature dishes: Tacos de Trompo, five corn tortillas with a beef-pork combo in a house marinade, and Northern-style campechana, with melted cheese, the trompo beef-pork combo, carne asada, a slice of avocado in a flour tortilla. Additional, the restaurants serve assorted Mexican beers as well as margaritas to complement any one of our menu options.
The menu, which also offers vegetarian items, features tacos, soups, quesadillas, tortillas, burritos and sopes, a small thick corn tortilla, is sold nearly 100% a la carte, so customers can create their own meal.
